Job summary

Colorado Springs Urology is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, RN to partner with the Practice Administrator/Manager in maintaining patient flow and delivering high-quality care within the clinic.

The role involves supervising RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and scribes; coordinating with physicians and staff to enhance efficiency; and leading training and performance activities while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; preferably in Urology.
• RN license and BLS certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader, supervising clinic staff including RNs, LPNs and scribes.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and physicians to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Assist in staff performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
• Lead quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide training for back-office staff and volunteers on health education and lab services.
• Support patient visits, scheduling, and various clinic operations as needed.
