Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Medical/Surgical Unit-2N/2S at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Shift: Day, 0630-1900; up to $10,000 bonus. You will supervise and support patient care, ensure adherence to stroke protocols, and collaborate with clinicians.

The role requires BSN, AZ RN license, and 2 years RN experience; provides leadership, staff development, and participation in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program is required.
• Current Arizona RN license is required.
• Stroke education requirement per addendum is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate patient care and staff development.
• Manage unit needs and contribute to budget and policy adherence.
• Provide direct patient care according to unit needs and collaborate with physicians.
