Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Primary City/State: Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. You will care for patients on the Medical/Surgical Unit-2N/2S, following ANA standards and ethics.

Responsibilities include administering medications, developing care plans, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. A bonus up to $10,000 is available and benefits reflect our community-focused approach.

Qualifications

• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• Arizona RN license required for practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Medical/Surgical Unit.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing staff to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge instructions, and home care needs.
