Job summary
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and supervise nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will oversee direct and indirect nursing activities, coordinate assignments, and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
The ideal candidate will hold an RN license with at least two years of supervisory nursing experience and CPR certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a nonprofit, multi-campus
Qualifications
- Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
Responsibilities
- Supervises all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Prepares, reviews and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules; arranges replacements as necessary.
- Assists the Director of Nursing in job performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
