Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood in Pennsylvania. You will supervise direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate assignments and schedules, and assist the Director of Nursing with staff evaluations.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, have at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and strong nursing principles and assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.
