Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks an RN Supervisor for our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate nursing assignments and schedules, and assist the Director of Nursing with personnel evaluations.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and strong nursing principles and assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel performance.
