Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise assignments, coordinate schedules, and arrange replacements as needed, supporting the Director of Nursing in staff evaluations.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, with at least two years in nursing and supervisory roles, CPR certification, and strong clinical assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.
