Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Matthews, NC to oversee nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. The role supervises direct and indirect care, coordinates assignments and scheduling, and supports the Director of Nursing in performance evaluations.

Qualified candidates must hold an RN license in state, have at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities, and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed
• Assist the Director of Nursing in the performance evaluation of nursing personnel
