Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise direct and indirect care, coordinate assignments, and ensure staffing coverage as needed.

The role supports the Director of Nursing through evaluations and quality of care, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and team leadership in a nonprofit senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as necessary.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in the performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
