Apple Rehab Mystic is seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services for residents across multiple shifts. The role emphasizes quality care coordination and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

The RN Supervisor will work with the Nursing Director to plan and coordinate nursing activities, adjust care plans for emergencies, and ensure appropriate staffing and care delivery at all times.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative/restorative nursing and long-term care regulations.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise and execute nursing services per regulations.
• Coordinate daily nursing activities with Nursing Director and charge nurses.
• Adjust care plans with medical staff to meet emergencies and physician instructions.
• Ensure adequate staffing and presence of relief staff for continuity of care.
