Apple Rehab Shelton Lakes in Connecticut seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing services for residents across full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. Qualifications

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care nursing and rehab practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services for residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate with the Nursing Director on operations and emergency support.
• Align care plans with physician directives and standard procedures.
• Direct charge nurses and adjust care plans with medical staff as needed.
• Ensure adequate relief staffing and notify physicians of changes in condition.
• Assume operating decisions in absence of supervisors as required.
• Note on-call weekends to support staff and residents.
