Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
