Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Gainesville, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood. The role coordinates assignments, schedules, and staff performance, and supports the Director of Nursing in evaluations.

Eligible candidates will have an active RN license, at least two years of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and strong clinical assessment skills. Excellent benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for CPR certification.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
