Job summary

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure care quality. You will coordinate resident care, manage IV therapy, and supervise LVN/LPNs, treatment nurses, and CNAs across shifts.

Responsibilities include rounds, reporting, care plan development, and collaboration with physicians. Maintain regulatory compliance, participate in QA, and train staff to uphold high standards of patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of long-term care experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of PCC (EHR) software preferred.
• Current RN license and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the facility.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care; manage IVs.
• Supervise LVN/LPN, Treatment Nurses and CNAs with timely responses.
• Make rounds, provide reports, and assess residents’ conditions.
• Maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the nursing department.
