Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care during the shift.

You will supervise LVNs/LPNs and CNAs, coordinate care with physicians, manage IVs, do rounds and assessments, and respond to changes in patient conditions. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with EHR software (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your shift.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Instruct and supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment nurses.
• Respond to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies.
• Ensure physician orders are followed and documentation is accurate.
• Participate in QA and training activities.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

2+ years supervisory experience in long-term care

Strong communication and leadership skills
