Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge or experience with PCC electronic health record software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise and assist licensed and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care.
• Manage and administer IVs and provide medication/treatment per orders.
• Oversee documentation and quality assurance activities.
