WeCare Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and uphold clinical excellence in resident care. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and coach team members while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and infection prevention standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes.
