Recover-Care Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate resident care. The RN will allocate staff, ensure quality standards, and follow established policies under the supervision of the RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.

The role requires current RN licensure, leadership ability, and English-language proficiency, with responsibilities spanning clinical, supervisory, and consumer service tasks in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where practicing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Leadership ability to supervise professional and nonprofessional personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care and staff assignment.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents; assist with transportation and packing.
