Job summary

WeCare Centers seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role supervises staff on assigned shifts, coordinates care, and mentors LPNs and CNAs.

A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered; shifts are 7p-7a with travel incentives. Competitive pay, same-day pay, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and infection prevention standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and staff engagement.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
