Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and supervise LPNs and CNAs. You will assist the DON with staffing, lead clinical initiatives, and ensure care plans meet individual goals.

You will develop educational plans, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and produce QM/QI reports to improve care quality. Join a supportive team focused on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• RN license required in GA.
• 2-3 years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and assist with staffing decisions.
• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate nursing program activities.
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning and ensure care plan goals are met.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and monitor quality indicators.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop educational plans for staff training.
