Job summary

Salem Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and excellent service within a long-term care setting.

You will lead clinical operations, ensure compliance with standards, and facilitate care delivery on your assigned shift. A minimum of three years of clinical experience is required, with long-term care and supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; two years in long-term care with one year in management/supervisory capacity preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, effective care and achieving positive outcomes.
• Lead and direct clinical operations on assigned shift, ensuring policy compliance and standards.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and processes.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to maintain adequate staff for 24/7 safe care, controlling overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and promote/promotions decisions.
