Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our long-term care facilities in the United States.

The RN will join the Supervisor Development Program, gaining hands-on unit experience, mentorship, and leadership training, with progression into supervisory duties and accompanying pay increases. The role emphasizes holistic patient care, team leadership, and collaboration with physicians, CNAs, and LPNs, supported by PCC EHR documentation and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Clinical experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred
• English proficiency for documentation and safety
• Health screenings including TB testing as required by state guidance

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and assessments
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff
• Maintain real-time PCC EHR documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety
