Job summary

Genesis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, you will mentor staff, ensure safe care delivery, and maintain compliant documentation. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work culture within our community.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unencumbered as per state board.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric nursing preferred; strong clinical basics welcome.
• English language proficiency for documentation and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care and ensure high patient and family satisfaction.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state scope of practice.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
