Genesis Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and oversee the delivery of efficient, high-quality nursing care. You will focus on clinical outcomes, patient and family satisfaction, and staff collaboration.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license, BLS/CPR, and 3+ years of clinical experience, with 1+ year in management in long-term care. The role reports to Nursing leadership and requires ensuring safe 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum three years full-time clinical experience; two years in long-term care with at least one year in supervisory/management capacity.
• BSN preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care with reduced overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and make recommendations for promotions or transfers.
