Genesis HealthCare, Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting.

Under supervision from nursing leadership, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, accurate documentation with PCC EHR, and adherence to HIPAA and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Certifications: BLS/CPR certification.
• Clinical Experience: Long-term/post-acute/geriatric nursing preferred.
• Language & Communication: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Health Requirements: Must pass health screenings including TST verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, nursing diagnoses, and care plan development.
• Deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and optimize recovery.
• Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans and safe discharge.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
