Job summary

Genesis in Salem, WV is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and oversee nursing units to ensure safe, high‑quality care around the clock.

The role requires an active RN license, 3 years of clinical experience (2 in long-term care) with BLS/CPR certification; BSN preferred. You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; 2+ years in long-term care; supervisory experience preferred; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate 24/7 nursing staff.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentorship, promotions, transfers.
