Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing activities in a long-term care facility. You will supervise, coordinate, and evaluate day-to-day nursing operations in line with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Degree, a current RN license, and demonstrates leadership and supervisory skills. Prior supervisor experience in LTC is preferred. Shift rotating; Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN positions available; EOE.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in this state.
• Must possess leadership/supervisory ability and work harmoniously with staff.
• Prior RN Supervisor experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities:

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
