Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Anderson, SC seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local rules. The role emphasizes supervision, coordination, and evaluation of nursing staff and activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Must have leadership/supervisory ability and work harmoniously with personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.


• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.


• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.


• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
