Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing staff and CNAs. The role ensures care aligns with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.

The RN will oversee care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and maintain documentation while promoting a safe and respectful environment for residents and team members in a veteran-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of resident care are maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care settings.
