Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing services on the evening shift and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily nursing operations, and mentor the team while collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to support veterans' health needs in a long-term care setting. Comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to effectively lead teams and work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of nursing services during assigned shifts. This role ensures high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.
