Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are essential for coordinating a licensed nursing team.

Applicants should hold a nursing degree and an active SC RN license, with prior supervisory experience in long-term care preferred to maintain quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license active in South Carolina.
• Leadership or supervisory ability; ability to work harmoniously with others; prior supervisory experience preferred in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.


• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.


• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.


• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
