Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting in South Carolina. You will provide supervision, coordinate daily tasks, and evaluate performance to ensure care meets federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications include an accredited Nursing Degree and an active RN license in SC, with leadership experience preferred. The role offers full-time employment with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, tuition

• Leadership/supervisory ability and willingness to supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
