Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor in Fayetteville, NC to lead clinical teams in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee nursing processes, care planning, and clinical documentation while coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. A BSN/ADN with RN licensure and LTC experience is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing processes, care planning, and clinical assessment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately and thoroughly.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, heart rate, etc.).
• Monitor patient status and treatment responses, adjust care as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
• Lead and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff.
• Administer medications, wounds care and IV therapy where permitted.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control programs.
• Support residents and families with communication and care planning.
