Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Night shift to lead nursing operations in assigned areas. You will coordinate patient care, serve as a clinical resource, and support staff with clinical guidance while performing staff nurse duties as needed.

The role requires an accredited nursing education, active RN licensure in Missouri, and 2–3 years of patient care experience. Supervisory or management experience and CRRN are preferred; Rehabilitation experience is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years' patient care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Supervisory or management experience.
• Preferred: CRRN certification.
• Preferred: Rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
