Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the WEO Nights shift to assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas. The role serves as a clinical resource and may function as staff nurse when needed, with managerial duties delegated by a manager.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and MO RN licensure; 2–3 years of patient care experience; BSN preferred and supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure: Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience: Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Licensure:
• Preferred Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: CRRN

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
