Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor for a Fulltime, 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) position in a long-term care setting. You will support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining adequate staffing for 24/7 care. Must have RN licensure and BLS/CPR, with LTC supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold current RN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care with at least one year in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe 24/7 care, minimizing overtime and agency usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentorship, and recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations.
