Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality caregiving and efficient nursing services. You will guide clinical operations on your shift and ensure patient and family satisfaction while maintaining compliance with care standards.

The role requires an RN license, a BSN is preferred, and at least three years of clinical experience, including some long-term care exposure in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience required.
• Two years in long-term care nursing with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and lead clinical operations on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations in care delivery.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain safe 24/7 nursing care and reduce overtime.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation and staff development.
