Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality care in our long-term care facility. You will lead clinical operations on your shift and ensure compliance with policies, performance standards, and regulations.

Ideal candidates are graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure, BLS/CPR certified, and at least three years of full-time clinical experience, including two years in long-term care in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• BSN degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and support delivery of nursing care.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate nursing staff for 24/7 care, minimizing overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and promotions decisions.
