Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high-quality long-term care. You will oversee nursing units, ensure staffing coverage, and promote patient and family satisfaction around the clock.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BSN preferred, at least 3 years of clinical practice with at least 2 in long-term care, and current BLS/CPR certification. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum three years of full-time clinical experience; two years in long-term care preferred.
• One year in a supervisory/administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and support delivery of efficient, safe care.
• Lead nursing units on assigned shift while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care delivery, staffing, and minimize overtime and agency use.
• Recruit, orient, and mentor staff; support promotions and transfers.
