Complete Care at Multi Medical Center in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams during the evening shift, focused on care planning and high-quality resident care for both short-term and long-term residents.

Maryland RN with leadership experience will participate in coaching, scheduling, documentation, and family communication while advancing within a stable, supportive environment. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Demonstrates leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans and monitor health status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: supervise assignments, ensure coverage, and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, and audit charges for accuracy.
• Education: train families, residents, and staff on health status and care expectations.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
