Complete Care - MidAtlantic in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Supervisor for the evening shift to oversee care plans and lead clinical staff. You will ensure high-quality patient care and act as a clinical leader on site.

You will coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team, manage documentation, and contribute to quality and compliance initiatives while pursuing growth opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions; respond to emergencies.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: oversee assignments; ensure coverage; evaluate and guide staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents; transcribe orders; audit charges and ensure record accuracy.
• Education: explain health status and care expectations; train staff as needed

Responsibilities

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate & lead staff.

Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.
