Job summary

Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services for residents in a long-term care setting. This role supports care planning, staff oversight, and family communication.

Shifts include Day Part Time weekends and Night Full Time weekdays, with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay up to $95,000 with experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN
• Prior long-term care experience required
• Background check, drug screen, references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and revise care plans, monitors health conditions, responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Oversees staff scheduling, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educates and leads staff
• Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, collaborates with interdisciplinary team
• Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance
• Explains health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
