Job summary

Complete Care at Multi Medical Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead evening shift teams in providing skilled nursing and long-term care to residents. The role emphasizes care planning, staff oversight, and strong communication with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Licensed Maryland RN with leadership ability is required. The position offers opportunities for advancement and a competitive, negotiable hourly wage or salary, with strong emphasis on patient-centered care and team

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Strong leadership and clinical competency with growth mindset.
• Willingness to work evening shift and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or status changes.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes to families and providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges and maintain record accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations, guide care skills with interventions as needed.
