Complete Care at Hagerstown is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee day and night staff on the Saturday/Sunday shifts, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

The role requires Maryland RN licensure, prior long-term care experience, and a commitment to coordinating care plans, staff scheduling, and family communication.

This is a part-time position with a competitive $95,000 annually potential, plus advancement opportunities and benefit options.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required.
• Long-term care experience required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Ability to lead and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
