Complete Care at Springbrook is seeking an RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care for residents recently discharged from hospital, with opportunities for growth and PRN options. Positions available full-time and part-time, with daily pay options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Experience with dispensing medications and IV, topical, oral forms.
• Proven ability to coordinate care with physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV)
• Perform treatments and wound care
• Monitor health status and track changes
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and staff
• Educate residents and families on health status and care expectations
• Maintain detailed nursing documentation
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
