Embassy of Saxonburg is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor in Saxonburg, PA, within the Nursing department. The position is Non-Exempt, reports to the Director of Nursing, and offers up to $42 per hour.

Shifts available:

• Part-time 10pm-6:30am
• Weekend Warrior Supervisor 6am-2:30pm (Weekend Warrior Incentive)

Open Interviews: M-F 10am - 3:30pm

Our facility focuses on personalized attention, implementing latest care resources, and ensuring quality care for residents. The primary role involves providing direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities & Job Functions

• Direct daily functions of nurses and nursing assistants according to regulations.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Plan shift services and activities with staff.
• Ensure adherence to Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Report on unit activities to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain accurate medical records for residents.
• Review new admission charts for accuracy and completeness.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• On-the-job training provided.
