Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel. Supervision must comply with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring the highest quality of care. Follow all health, sanitation, and infection control policies and maintain standards set by community administration and nursing policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with team members and observe safety and sanitary techniques
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours and rotate on-call shifts
• Must not pose a health or safety threat to others

Experience

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities
• Shifts: 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 8-hour shifts with on-call rotation
