Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

1. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in PA.
2. Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
3. No previous supervisor experience needed; training will be provided.
4. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and tactful interaction with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
5. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care centers.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

1. A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in [State].
