The purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility. You will monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel and assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psychological needs, in accordance with established medical practices, policies, procedures, and current standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents, in accordance with established medical practices and facility policies.

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing care facility, acute care setting, or related field required.

Shift Options:

12 or 8-hour shifts available.
