• Shifts: Part-time, Weekend Warrior (6am-2:30pm)
• Pay Grade: Up to $42 per hour

Overview

Embassy of Saxonburg is seeking Part-Time Weekend Warrior RN Supervisors who work diligently to meet the needs of residents and staff while helping them meet their goals. We provide personalized attention to each resident and employee, implementing the latest care resources, programs, and safety protocols. Our goal is to ensure the best clinical outcomes through quality comprehensive care.

Responsibilities & Job Functions

• Direct the daily functions of nurses and nursing assistants according to current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Plan shift services, programs, and activities with your team.
• Ensure adherence to the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Report activities and recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Complete and maintain resident records accurately upon admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Review new admission charts for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• On-the-job training provided.
