Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)

Join us to apply for the Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) role at Premier Healthcare, LLC.

Position Details

Location: Sunnyview Center
Schedule: Full-Time (3-11 shift)
Compensation: Base pay range of $32.00/hr - $33.75/hr with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and increased referral bonuses of $2,500.

About the Role

The RN Supervisor is a vital part of our leadership and care team, responsible for overseeing nursing care, mentoring staff, managing patient care, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include assessment, supervision, COVID-19 planning, bedside nursing, medication administration, and treatments.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved RN program; MSN preferred
  • Experience in acute or long-term care preferred
  • Current RN license in Pennsylvania
